“产教”融合背景下中国体育职业院校投入效率评价与发展路径研究

บทคัดย่อ
在我国职业教育体系深化改革与体育产业快速发展的双重驱动下，体育职业院校作为体育产业高素质技能人才培养的重要载体，其办学效率与资源配置水平成为衡量教育质量与社会贡献的重要指标。本文基于2019—2024年间17所省级体育职业院校的面板数据，采用超效率DEA模型和Malmquist指数测度静态与动态效率，并运用Tobit回归模型分析效率的影响因素。研究结果表明：（1）体育职业院校整体投入效率处于中等偏上水平，但存在显著的区域分化特征；（2）经费投入结构、校企合作深度及“双师型”教师比例对效率具有显著正向作用；（3）产教融合程度高的院校在全要素生产率增长中表现更优，其增长主要源于技术进步推动。研究表明，深化产教融合是提升体育职业教育资源配置效率与服务体育产业转型升级的关键路径。本文创新性地将效率评价方法与产教融合视角结合，构建了具有体育职业教育特色的效率测评框架，为体育职业院校高质量发展与政策制定提供了实证依据与制度启示。
