บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขระบบรายงานอุบัติเหตุทางถนนในธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ด้านการขนส่ง วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดของต้นแบบรายงานอุบัติเหตุตามหลักการบริหารจัดการบุคลากรด้านความปลอดภัยในการขนส่ง (TSM) ด้วยวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ขั้นแรกสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ปฏิบัติงาน 14 คน (ผู้จัดการ บุคลากรด้านความปลอดภัย และพนักงานขับรถ) เพื่อสังเคราะห์ปัญหาและพัฒนาตัวแปร 7 องค์ประกอบ 21 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ ด้านระบบรายงานและ Workflow การใช้รายงานและวงจรการเรียนรู้ คุณภาพข้อมูลและการบูรณาการ ข้อมูลการบรรทุกและปัจจัยเชิงเทคนิค การเดินรถและความเสี่ยงเส้นทาง ปัจจัยมนุษย์และวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย และเทคโนโลยีและความต้องการระบบต้นแบบ ขั้นที่สองเก็บข้อมูลแบบสอบถาม 414 คน พบทุกตัวแปรมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก (4.19–4.36) โดยรูปแบบการรายงานที่สร้างความมั่นใจให้กล้ารายงานข้อเท็จจริงและการบูรณาการหลักฐานดิจิทัลได้รับความเห็นด้วยสูงสุด ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) ยืนยันว่าทุกองค์ประกอบมีค่า AVE ระหว่าง 0.581–0.690 และ CR ระหว่าง 0.806–0.870 ผ่านเกณฑ์ความตรงเชิงลู่เข้าและความเชื่อมั่นเชิงโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยนำไปสู่การพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดของต้นแบบรายงานอุบัติเหตุฉบับสมบูรณ์ที่บูรณาการข้อมูลหลายมิติ เพื่อส่งเสริมความปลอดภัยและสุขภาพที่ดีในธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ด้านการขนส่งอย่างยั่งยืน
