ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง วัฒนธรรมองค์การ องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ และประสิทธิผลของหน่วยงาน ในสถานีตำรวจนครบาล : การวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์และอิทธิพลระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง วัฒนธรรมองค์การ องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้และประสิทธิผลของหน่วยงานในสถานีตำรวจนครบาล ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความสัมพันธ์รายคู่ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง วัฒนธรรมองค์การ องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้และประสิทธิผลของหน่วยงานมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทุกคู่ และพบว่าภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและวัฒนธรรมองค์การมีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อประสิทธิผลของหน่วยงานในสถานีตำรวจนครบาลเมื่อพิจารณาตัวแบบตามกรอบแนวคิดในภาพรวมTransformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Learning Organization and Effectiveness of Subunits within Stations of Metropolitan Police Division: Path Analysis

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships and the influences among transformational leadership, organizational culture, learning organization and effectiveness of subunits within stations of Metropolitan Police Division. The research results indicated that there were positive correlations at statistical significance for every pair of variables, and that transformational leadership and organizational culture had positive direct influences at statistical significance on effectiveness when the whole set of predictors was considered.
