ปัญหาและอุปสรรคบางประการของประชาคมอาเซียน : ข้อสังเกตจากมุมมองของพื้นฐานการศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

การรวมกันเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของ 10 ประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ในปี พ.ศ. 2558 หรือ ค.ศ. 2015 เมื่อพิจารณาจากแนวพินิจของสาขาพื้นฐานการศึกษาอย่างเป็นระบบที่เกี่ยวพันกับสภาพสังคม เศรษฐกิจ การเมือง และวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละประเทศ พบว่า ยังคงมีปัญหาและอุปสรรคบางประการ เช่น ระบบการเมืองภายในของแต่ละประเทศ ระบบเศรษฐกิจ สังคม เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา ประเพณี ที่ตั้งทางภูมิศาสตร์ และเวลาที่แตกต่างกัน การได้ศึกษาข้อมูลต่างๆ ให้ครบทุกด้าน จะช่วยส่งเสริมให้เกิดความเข้าใจ การเตรียมความพร้อม การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ เพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์อันดีต่อกันได้มากขึ้นในอนาคตProblems and Obstacles of ASEAN Community : Foundations of Education’s Perspective

The obligation of the ten countries in the Southeast Asia regional area will lead to the ASEAN Community in B.E.2558/2015 C.E. By using the foundations of education’s perspectives to analyze socioeconomic, political, and cultural system of each country, the author argue that there are some problems and obstacles of this obligation. The problems included internal politics of each country, economics, social system, race, religion, tradition, geographical latitude and longitude make the difference of time. It is necessary to take into consideration of these issues in order to enhance good understanding, to prepare the readiness, to exchange learning, and to strengthen the relationship within the community in the future.
