THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRINCIPALS’ CREATIVE LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY UNDER LOEI PROVINCIAL OFFICE OF THE NON-FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION

Abstract

The research entitled “The relationship between principals’ creative leadership and professional learning community under Loei Provincial Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education” which its purposes were : 1) to explore the level of the principals’ creative leadership,  2) to investigate the level of the professional learning community, and 3) to explain the relationship between the principals’ creative leadership and the professional learning community. The research findings were as follows :

1. The overall aspect of the principals’ creative leadership was obviously found at a high level. The highest mean was the teamwork while the lowest mean was the vision.


2. The professional learning community was clearly found in overall aspect at a high level. The highest mean found was the determination of the continuous improvement while the lowest mean was the collaborative culture.


3. The principals’ creative leadership found in overall aspect was positively correlated with the professional learning community at a high level with the statistical significance of .01 level.
