Abstract
Technology and learning in the 21st century are an integral part of daily life. Teachers must adapt to learning in changing times to align with the real context and be able to apply the teaching more effective in the current situation.The purpose of this article focuses on the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to enhance teaching and learning by managing computer systems and equipment for school learning and teaching. Developing digital contents via online media through websites, e-books or various applications which can be measured by expressing in 3 areas: Cognitive Domain, Affective Domain and Psychomotor Domain.
