Abstract
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the level of the strategic leadership of school administrator; 2) to study the level of internal quality assurance implementation of educational; 3) to study the relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrator and internal quality assurance implementation of educational ; 4) to create a predictive equation for internal quality assurance implementation of educational institutions in secondary schools in Nongbua Lamphu Province.
Samples of this study were 291 teachers, by using the finished tables of Crazy and Morgan and sampling the stratified.The tool is a 5 level rating scale questionnaire. with the power rating between .331-.772, confidence equal .972 , Data collection, Statistics used to analyze were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings of this study were as follow: 1) the level of strategic leadership of school administrators was at the high level; 2) the level of internal quality assurance implementation of educational institutions was at the high level; 3) the relationships exist between strategic leadership of school administrator and internal quality assurance implementation of educational institutions at the significant at the level of .01; and 4) predictive equation are below:
