A STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND JOB SATISFACTION OF SCHOOL PERSONNEL UNDER NONGKHAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

 This research aimed to investigate the leadership of school administrators, to investigate job satisfaction of school personnel,  to compare leadership of school administrators classified by positions an school sizes, and to compare job satisfaction of school personnel classified by positions an school sizes under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.  The research samples were school administrators and school personnel, totally 272 samples which were obtained by Stratified random sampling The instrument used for collecting the data was a questionnaire with a five rating-scale, the discriminated Index is 0.60-1.00 and the reliability is 0.86.  The statistics for data analyzing were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test (Independent samples) and F - test (One - way ANOVA) and multiple comparison test by Scheffé’s method.
