PERFORMANCE ACCORDION ON STANDARDS FOR THE TEACHING PROFESSION OF TEACHING IN PRAWET DISTRICT OFFICE UNDER BANGKOK METROPOLIS

Abstract
This study was survey research and aimed to investigate and compare working condition on standards for the teaching profession of teachers in Pravet region under Bangkok, classifying by educational level, work experience and teacher’s academic standing. This research was carried out with 217 teachers, academic year 2022, in Praet region under Bangkok. The instrument used was a questionnaire about working condition on standards for the teaching profession of Kurusapa rules in 2019; adapted from Pattarawan Rodcharoen, SanguanInruk; 2020 and SaifonChumnanreain; 2017. The conformity index value is 0.80-1.00 and the reliability value is 0.980. Analyze the data using a packaged program. The statistics used in the research were frequency distribution, percentage, mean ( ), and standard deviation (SD). way analysis of variance, when statistically significant differences were found at the .05 level. Mean differences were compared by pairs by Scheffe's post hoc comparisons method.
The finding of this study found as follows:
- Working condition on standards for the teaching profession of teachers under Bangkok was in ‘much’ level as a whole and individual aspect. Considering by each item revealed that determining to develop learners with teacher spirit and complete work on successful assignment were in ‘very much’ level and the others were in ‘much’ level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that teachers in the Prawet District Office under Bangkok have work in accordance with professional standards of teachers At the highest level, there are 2 aspects. 1. Commitment to develop learners with the spirit of a teacher. 2. Performed work in the assigned duties and accomplished the objectives of the work. In other areas, it was found that it was at a high level.
- Comparing working condition on standards for the teaching profession of teachers under Bangkok classified by educational level, work experience and teacher’s academic standing indicated as follows:
2.1 Classifying by educational level revealed that teachers who were upper than bachelor degree had performance than bachelor degree. The others were not different.
2.2 Classifying by work experience indicated that teachers who had experience between 5 - 10 years had more work experience than 10 years up and lower 5 years.
2.3 Classifying by teacher’s academic standing showed that practitioner level teacher (K1) had more working condition than senior professional level teacher (K2) and assistant teacher.
