THE STUDY OF SATIFICATION ON DIGITAL TV TRANSITION AT OF ANALOGUE LEVISION SYSTEM TOWARD SUWANNAPHUM DISTRIC, ROI ET PROVINCE

Abstract
This research aims to study about the satisfaction of the people to watch digital TV in the beginning of the end of transmission of analog television signals in Suwannaphum district, Roiet province. There are 115,200 people and 5,760 of sample who have television. There are 2,370 male and female of 3,390 or 5% of the population in the area.The researcher used simple random sampling method to correct the data by satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used in this study were the Frequency (Frequency), percentage (Percentage) Average (Mean) and standard deviation (Standard deviation).
The results showed that 1) most of people or 2,198 or 38.16 in Suwannaphum district, Roiet were most satisfied to watch digital TV, and the very satisfied of 1,508 or a 26.18 % as follow. 2) There are 1,848 of people or 32.08% were most satisfied on the public service and the channel and followed by 1,527 of people or 26.51%. 3) People are satisfied on instilling and solving service assistance / watching for 1,607 people or 27.90%. , and follow by moderately satisfied for 1,512 people or 26.25%. 4) Most of people are satisfied with the picture clarity and quality than the old system for 1,718 people or 29.83% and followed by the moderate satisfaction of 1,668 people or 28.96 per cent. 5) Most of people are mostly satisfied in the reception of signal for 1,616 or 28.06%, and follow by very satisfied for 1,526 people or 26.49 %. 6) For satisfaction on the quality and able to watch all of channels programs, most of people or 1,647people or 28.59% were most satisfaction and follow by a vary satisfaction for 1,634 people or 28.37 %. 7) Most of people satisfied with the content of TV program for 1,967 or 34.15% and followed by a very satisfaction for 1,522 people or 26.42%.
