THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER ASSISTED INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BAKERY PRELIMINARYPRACTICE BY USING TEACHING TECHNIQUES LEARNED FROM FOR 3RD YEAR DIPLOMA STUDENT’ AT SAMUT PRAKARN COLLAGE OF COMMERCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

The purposes of the research were 1) The development of computer assisted instruction (CAI) on The Bakery preliminary Practice by Using teaching techniques learned from working (Work – based Learning) for 3^rd Year Diploma student’ at Samutprakarn Collage of Commerce and Technology. This Work - based Learning to have very good quality in terms of content and technology. 2) The development of computer assisted instruction (CAI) on The Bakery preliminary Practice by Using teaching techniques learned from working (Work – based Learning)  for  3^rd Year Diploma student’ at Samutprakarn Collage  of  Commerce and Technology to reach  efficiently criteria 80/80, and 3) compare the achievement on The Bakery preliminary Practice by Using teaching techniques learned from working (Work – based Learning) for 3^rd Year Diploma student’ at Samutprakarn Collage  of  Commerce and Technology by using CAI. Representative sample is the vacation certificate year students of 2 classrooms each with 30 people totaling 60, who were selected by simple random sampling method. Instruments used in research are the instruction on The Bakery preliminary Practice, (Work - based Learning) for The Vocation Certificate   3^rd Year Diploma student’ at Samutprakarn Collage of Commerce and Technology and the academic achievement test. Data were analyzed by statistical software packages.

The results showed that : 1) Computer assisted instruction (CAI)  on The Practice Bakery preliminary by Using teaching techniques learned  from  working  (Work - based Learning)  for  The Vocation  Certificate  3^rd Year Diploma student’  in Samutprakarn Collage  of  Commerce and Technology  have done with very good quality in terms of content and technology. 2) These students are capable of getting more than the standard score which is 81.92/84.84. and 3)  Students studying with CAI on The Bakery preliminary Practice  by Using teaching techniques learned  from  working  (Work - based Learning)  for  The Vocation  Certificate third year Students got normal of statistical significance 0.05
