Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study efficiency of annual budget management 2) study compare expenditure budget. This research used data for The Fiscal Years of 2012-2017 at College of Industrial Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok.
The results of this study revealed that 1) the efficiency of annual budget management to compare budget, expenditure, balance and percentage average per year classified by the annual budget year 2012-2017, found that percentage of expenditure compared to the annual budget were between (-0.12) – 8.33 percent with the highest in year 2017, using budget over 0.12 percent. 2) the annual budget usage compare expenditures, found that the total expenditure was mainly from personnel expenses which were between 47.76 - 61.19, the highest in year 2017 was 61.19 percent.
