Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study current conditions of teacher’s teamwork of the Child Development Center under local government organization Phon Phisai District 2) to develop the guideline teacher’s teamwork of child development center under Phonphisai local government organization in Nong Khai Province. The research was divided into two phases. Phases 1: to study current conditions and desirable conditions of teachers of child development center. Target group is Teacher of Child Development Center Under the local government organization Phon Phisai District Nong Khai province, academic year 2018, can be 98 people from the sample size. determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table, and the sample were simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire five rating scale consisiting of two parts; current conditions and desirable conditions of teachers of child development centers the reliability is 0.98. The results of Phase 1, the overall conditions at a high level ( = 3.78, S.D. = 0.35) and the overall desirable conditions at a high level ( = 4.11, S.D. = 0.39) Phase 2: to develop the guideline teacher’s teamwork of child development center under local government organization Phon Phisai District Nong Khai Province By semi-structured interview. The instrument includeing with the content from Phase 1. The questionnaire was examined by a 9 experts.The statistics used for analyzing thedata were using the statistical package for Social Sciences frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.
