Administrative Factors Influencing the Operation Effectiveness Based on the Management Standard of Chile Care Centers under Buengkan Local Administrative Organizations

Abstract

           The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of the administrative factors of child care centers under BuengKan local administrative organization, 2) to study the level of effectiveness of the operations of the education management, 3) to study the relationship between the administrative factors with the effectiveness of the operations and 4) to create a predictive equation of the effectiveness of the operations of the education management

             The sample group consisted of 234 child care teachers under BuengKan Local Administrative Organization selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5 level-rating scale questionnaire of 5 related to the administrative factors with the reliability of 0.944 and 6 effectiveness of the operations of the education management of Child Care Centers with the reliability of 0.984. The statistics used to analyze were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was applied as the statistic method and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research found that:

1. The level of the administrative factors of Child Care Centers under BuengKan Local Administrative Organization, overall and each aspect were at a high level.


2. The level of effectiveness of the operations of the education management of Child Care Centers under BuengKan Local Administrative Organization, overall and each aspect were at a high level.


3. The administrative factors and effectiveness of the operations of the education management of Child Care Centers under BuengKan Local Administrative Organization, was found positive correlation at a high level (r=0.794) with statistical significance at .01
