A STUDY OF INTERACTIVE ANIMATION SCENE WITH VIRTUAL REALITY TECHNOLOGY IN THAI HORROR GAME “HOME SWEET HOME”

Abstract
The purpose of this study were to : 1) To learning about interactive animation scene with virtual reality
technology in Thai horror game “Home Sweet Home”. 2) Compare the difference of using and not using virtual
reality to play “Home Sweet Home” game. 3) To using the result of this research for being a reference about
education with virtual Reality technology in the future. A sample were 30 undergraduate student of Faculty
of Science Multimedia technology major. The research instruments were the “Home Sweet Home” game,
virtual reality headset, Using mean and standard deviation.
The result showed : 1) The interactive animation scene in this “Home Sweet Home” game is design
by consider to the gameplay by create a small map in this game to make player feel more uncomfortable
and that make the game more scary and excited. Mostly interactive animation scene in “Home Sweet Home”
gameis a jump scare scene to make player to be more frightened. The Pattern of interact, interactive animation
scene will interact to player when player explore something in the scene or player walk to the point. 2) The
result of comparisons deference of using and not using virtual reality technology to play Home Sweet Home
Game, Mostly sample recommend using virtual reality technology to play is better than not using it because
virtual reality technology make the game more interesting and exciting. 3) The resultS showed using virtual
reality technology to adapt with education is the interesting because virtual reality technology might be make
