A STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION COMPETENCY OF BASIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS’ ADMINISTRATIONS AND ONLINE LEARNING MANAGEMENT AT SCHOOL UNDER UDONTHANI EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) investigate academic administration competency of basic educational institutions’ administrators under Udonthani Educational Service Area Office, 2) study online learning management at schools, 3) compare academic administration competency of basic educational institutions’ administrators classifying by work experience and school sizes, 4) compare online learning management at schools classifying by work experience and school sizes and 5) examine the relationship between academic administration competency of administrators and online learning management at schools. The research samples were 285 administrators under Udonthani Educational Service Area Office in academic year 2022, which were obtained by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The instrument used for collecting the data was a questionnaire with five rating scale and the reliability is 0.98 The statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product-moment coefficient.
The research findings found as follows:
- Academic administration competency of basic educational institutions’ administrators under Udonthani Educational Service Area Office was in ‘much’ level in overall and individual aspect.
- Online learning management at schools was in ‘much’ level in overall and individual aspect.
- Comparing academic administration competency of administrators classified by work experience found that it was different in overall, the level of significance is .05 and classified by school sizes showed that it was different in overall and individual aspect, the level of significance is .01.
- Comparing online learning management at schools classified by work experience found that it was not different in overall and individual aspect and classified by school sizes showed that it was different in overall and individual, the level of significance is .01.
- The relationship between academic administration competency of administrators and online learning management at schools revealed that there was a high positive relationship and the level of significance is .01.
