A Study Transformational Leadership for Reaching to ASEAN Community of School Administrators under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to Study transformational leadership for reaching to ASEAN Community of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational service area 4 and Compare transformational leadership for reaching to ASEAN Community of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational service area 4 divided by positions work experiences and size of the schools.
The sample was the 320 teachers and school administrators in Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service area 4. In academic year 2014. The tools were used in the research was a five rating scale questionnaire, valuable relationship questionnaire and differential of word between 0.60-1.00 valuable confidence of this finding was 0.96. Percentage, mean and standard deviation for analyzing data. Compare transformational leadership of school administrators were used to the t-test and F-test. Scheffé's method was used for paired comparison.

The results revealed as follows :
1. Transformational leadership for reaching to ASEAN Community of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational service area 4 were high by overall.
2. Compare result Transformational leadership for reaching to ASEAN Community of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational service area 4 as perceived of teachers and school administrators classified by positions work experiences and size of the schools.
2.1 Transformational leadership for reaching to ASEAN Community of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational service area 4 as perceived of teachers and school administrators classified by positions were not different by overall.
2.2 Transformational leadership for reaching to ASEAN Community of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational service area 4 as perceived of teachers and school administrators classified by work experiences were not different by overall.
2.3 Transformational leadership for reaching to ASEAN Community of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Educational service area 4 as perceived of teachers and school administrators classified by the school sizes were significantly different at 0.05 level.
