Abstract

This study aimed to study the compenecy administration relations and community relations teachers’ professional standards of director under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Office Area 5. This is to compare the competency administration relation teachers' professional standards of director under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Office Area 5 as classified by school size, working experience. Additionally, it aimed to study guidelines to develop the competency administration relations teachers' professional standards of director under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Office Area 5. The samples were 142 administrators selected by purposive method with non-proportional sampling.
