Growth Mindset is the self-concept of ability to continue learning and developing by ourselves through passions and efforts. Current learning management focuses on developing students with Growth Mindset for the future society and habits of learner person. Students with a Growth Mindset will develop and improve their learning processes continuously. Teachers should believe in students’ ability for 4 dimensions such as 1) all learners are valuable and should be regarded 2) all learners can learn through different learning processes 3) all learners can learn and achieve 4) all learners have the potential to develop themselves. Learning management for enhancing Growth Mindset will develop learners’ effort and learning processes. Teachers should support learners for developing their Growth Mindset through scaffolding, power questions, cognitive guided, and self – reflection.
