Abstract

The objectives of research paper were to study the innovative thinking and comparing of innovative thinking. This research is a pre-experimental research. The sample was 100 students who were granted a scholarship from the Thai City Electric Company all over Thailand. There were 10 hours of conducting an activity of integration of project design-mind mapping. The research instrument consisted of test with 10 items of question containing the difficulty index ranging between .18-.96 and innovative thinking questionnaire with 10 items of question containing item reliability ranging between .411-.719 and with total reliability of .852. The statistics used in the data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test. The research findings revealed that the students’ innovative thinking was at the high level. A comparison of innovative thinking according to the variables, namely gender, field of study, and lesson comprehension was not significantly  different.
