A Study of Problems and Solutions for the Administration Counseling Services of Schools under Provincial Administrative Organization of Nakhon Ratchasima

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the problem compare the problem and  problem solving guidelines in the guidance administration of schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization which Classified by school size and working experience in guidance of schools directors on academic sub schools directors. Responsible guidance teachers grade nine advisor teachers, grade twelve advisor teachers story the problem solving guidelines in the guidance Administrative organization. The sample were 58 Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization schools in academic year 2015. There were four respondents in each school in the total 208. The instruments used for gathering information were five rating scale question in analysis by frequency percenteye mean standard deviation and one-way ANOVA and  the interviews from interviewd by there exports. The information derived from the intervies was analysised by content analysis.

          The finding results showed that

  1. The problem in findings guidance administration schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization in overall was in the less level. When considering in each aspect, it was found that all aspect were in the less level too. The highest average aspect was the information service, followed by the counseling service, gathering student information service, personal placing service and evaluation service aspect respectively.
  2. Comparing the problem of school guidelines administration class find by school size, it was found that in overall picture was significant different at 0.05 level. When considering in each aspect it was significant different in found aspect, it was gathering student information service the information service aspect personal placement aspect and the evaluation service aspect. The   advancing service was not significant different when comparing the average pair, it was found that in overall was significant different at the 0.05 level in every pains got along with the hypothesis
  3. Problem-services guidelines were the schools should provide the meeting by particating in the relevant organization using PDCA process coordinated with other organization with network both in the government and private section to enhance and promote in finding the ways to solve the guidance administration of schools under Nakhon Ratchaisma Provincils Administrative Organization in every aspects.
