A Study of internal enviroment of school’s administrators under the secondary educational service area office 31

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the level of internal environment management of school's administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31 and 2) to compare the internal environment management of school's administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31. The samples of this study were 44 administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31 during the academic year 2017 distinguished by administration experience and school size. The instruments of this study were questionnaires on internal environment management of the school's administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31 environment. It is a 5-level scale with a confidence level of .956.The statistics used for analyzing data were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, One – Way ANOVA and When the difference was found, comparison was made between Scheffe's method.
The results of the study revealed that:
- The internal environment management of the school's administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31 was at much level in each aspect and overall. Considering each aspect ranging from high to low, it was found that the physical was at the highest level. Next were administration and academic matter respectively.
- The result of comparison on internal environment management of the school's administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31 distinguished by administration experience was found that the overall and individual aspects were not different.
- The result of comparison on internal environment management of the school's administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31 distinguished by school size as a whole and in each aspect was a statistically significant difference at (p< .05)
