A Study of Peer Supervision Behaviors of Administrators as Perceived by Teachers In School Under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization

The purpose of this study were 1) to study the level of Peer Supervision Behaviors of administrators as perceived by teachers in School under Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization, and 2) to compare supervisory behaviors of administrators as perceived by teachers of Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization categorized by educational level, working experience, and school’s size. The sample of this study consisted of 320 teachers who worked in schools under the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization, in the 2017 academic year. They were chosen by using the multi-stage random sampling. The instruments employed in the research was 5 Likert rating scale questionnaire. The Statistical procedures for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test, and Scheffe’s Method.
The research findings were as follow
- The overall level of supervisory behaviors of administrators as perceived by teachers of Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization is high.
- There is no significant difference in the average score from the comparison results based on Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization teachers’ opinions which havea similar educational level. However, there is a significant difference in supervisory behaviors of administrators as perceived by teachers of Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization of the teachers who have different working experience and work in the different size of the school, the difference with respect to the significant value of 0.05.
