The Employers' Satisfaction on the performance and characteristics of Diploma in Education Students of in Academic Year 2018

Abstract

This study compares employers’ satisfaction with graduates’ performances and characteristics who were studying in the diploma program in Teaching Profession in the Academic Year 2018 at Vongchavalitkul University. The purposes of this study were to 1) study the level of employers’ satisfactions with graduates’ performances and characteristics; and 2) compare the level of satisfaction before studying and after graduation. The samples group are  Teacher users Vongchawalitkul University, Academic Year 2018 , 84 people Using institutions as a unit of randomness  The tool was a satisfaction assessment form on work performance and characteristics of graduates with points 0.50 - 1.00 validity in each question and with 0.87 reliability level. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics and the significance of the difference between mean of the t-test samples.             It was found that 1) the level of employers’ satisfaction with graduates’ performances and characteristics before and after studying was at a high level and with the highest level, respectively; and 2) the level of employers’ satisfaction with graduates’ performances and characteristics who were studying in program were higher than before studying with statistical significance at the level of 0.01.
