Management Model to Promote Brain-based Learning of School Administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the management model for brain-based learning promotion of school administrators, 2) generate and develop the management model for brain based learning promotion of school administrators and, 3) assess the feasibility and usefulness of the model. The population were 1,309 school administrators under the Primary Education Service Area Office in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, in the Academic Year 2017. The data were collected from 30 school administrators to find out the mean and the standard deviation.

 Research results 1) Results showed that in overall, the school administrators under the Primary Education Service Area Office in Nakhon Ratchasima Province had the high management level to promote brain-based learning When the individual items were considered, the results revealed that 3 items were in the high level, 2 items were in the moderate level. The item with the highest mean score was, Playground   followed by Brainy Classroom and Flip Learning Process and, Book and Worksheet, respectedly. 2) Results revealed that the suitability of management model was at the highest level The aspects with highest level were Rationale, Overall Objective, Essence of the Pattern, Approach of Model Implementation, and Conditions for the Overall Success of the Model 3) Results revealed that the feasibility and usefulness of the management model for brain-based learning promotion of school administrators were at the highest level.  The aspects with the highest level were Rationale, Overall Objective, Essence of the Pattern, Approach of Model Implementation, and Conditions for the Overall Success of the Model.
