The Relationship between School Administrators’ Learning Leadership and Effectiveness of Chok Chai District School under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to 1) investigate the relationship between school effectiveness and the level of learning leadership among school administrators in Chok Chai District, which is under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) Examine the level of school effectiveness. 3) Investigate the relationship between school effectiveness and the level of learning leadership among school administrators. The research sample consisted of 36 schools in Chok Chai during the academic year 2023, with a total of 36 schools being statistically significant at the .05 level. A multi-stage random sampling method was employed to select the sample. Step 1: Randomly selecting institutions based on their size. The random selection of schools was based on the magnitude of the school. Step 2: Employ straightforward random sampling to identify informants in each school that was chosen in step 1. A school administrator and two instructors comprise the informants of each school in the sample. The research instrument consisted of a five-point rating scale questionnaire with an item objective congruence index of 1.00 for all items. The reliability coefficients of the questionnaire on the learning leadership level of school administrators were 0.94, and the confidence value of the questionnaire on the efficacy level of the school was 0.87. The data were analyzed using correlation coefficients, means, standard deviations, and percentages.

The research findings suggested that 1) the learning leadership of school administrators was of a high quality in all aspects; each aspect was found to be of a high quality. The aspect with the highest average was self-directed learning, followed by team learning. and the side with the lowest average is Management (using integrated data). 2) The school's overall efficacy was high. It was determined that each aspect was of a high quality. The ability to produce students with high academic achievements was the aspect with the highest average, followed by the ability to address problems within the school. The aspect with the lowest average was the ability to develop students with positive attitudes. 3) In the Chok Chai District, the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 demonstrated a moderate positive correlation between the learning leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of the school. The learning leadership of school administrators was significantly correlated with the capacity to cultivate positive attitudes in students and the production of high academic achievement.
