The purposes of this research were to study the Participation in the Internal Quality Assurance of Teachers under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Office Area 4 and to compare a Study of Participation in Quality Assurance of Teachers by the teachers with different background include education level, school size and work experience. Participation in internal quality assurance of teacher. In this research, six aspects of participation include the standards of schools, the planning of education development focusing on quality standards, the implementation of education development plan, monitoring the quality of education, internal quality assessment standard of schools, and the annual report on quality of education.
The samples used in this research were 323 the teachers in academic year 2014. The instrument used was a 5 level rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using a computer program to find the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. When statistically significant difference was found, it was tested by means of Scheffé’s.
