The Development of Learning achievement Model by Using the Process of 5 Steps to Success of “5 A to S Model” of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Office Area 4

This study aims 1) to study and develop learning achievement model by using the process of 5 steps to success of 5 A to S model, 2) to ensure the appropriateness and benefit of learning achievement by using 5 steps to success of 5 A to S model and 3) to study the attitude of school directors, teachers, students and communities toward the development of learning achievement by using the process of 5 steps to success of 5 A to S model.
There were six steps of the research procedure which were as follows: 1) the construction and revision of the development of learning achievement model by using the process of 5 steps to success, 2) checking and ensuring the appropriateness and benefit of the model by experts, 3) the model experiment in the real situation, 4) the model development, 5) the results of model usage and 6) the satisfaction toward the model of school directors, teachers, students and communities. The development of learning achievement model using the process of 5 steps to success of 5 A to S model were 1) awareness; 2) agreement; 3) action; 4) advice; and 5) award. The results of the study were as follows: the Primary 6 students in academic year 2014 had higher O-NET scores than those in the academic year 2013 at 4.03, and the secondary 3 students in the academic year 2014 had higher O-NET scores than those in the academic year 2013 at 1.54. The result of checking and ensuring the appropriate and benefit of the model by experts was in the higher level. The results of satisfaction toward the model of school directors, primary 6 and secondary 3 teachers were in the high level. The primary 6 and secondary 3 students satisfactory level was at the highest level, so did the communities.
