Development Analytical Reading Skill on the Reading Literature of Matthayomsuksa 6 Students School under the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization through the Six Thinking Hats

This study aimed to 1) compare analytical reading skill on the reading literature of Matthayomsuksa 6 students school under the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization before and after the lessons integrated by the six thinking hats method and 2) compare analytical reading skill on the reading literature of Matthayomsuksa 6 students school under the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization after the lessons integrated by the six thinking hats method against the 60 percent criterion. The research sample included 40 Matthayomsuksa 6 students from school under the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administration Organization in the second semester of the academic year 2018. Research tools were 5 learning lesson plans and analytical reading skill with 40 items testing. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation and t-test.
The research findings were as follows :
1) Students analytical reading skill was higher than before the lessons with the statistical significance at the 0.01 level
2) Students analytical reading skill was found to be higher than before 60 percent criteria with the statistical significance at the .01 level.
