The Study of School Administrators' Innovative Thinking Skills Affecting the Effectiveness of School under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Education

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of innovative thinking skills of school administrators under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Education; and 2) to study the level of effectiveness of schools under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary education and 3) to predict the school administrators innovative thinking skills, which affect the effectiveness of the school under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary education. The sample consisted of 44 schools giving information by 44 school administrators, 44 academic supervisors, and 132 head teachers, for a total of 220 people. The questionnaires were analyzed using the IOC, which was between 0.80 and 1.00, and the reliability values of the instrument were 0.95 and 0.94, respectively. The statistical methods used were average, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The findings revealed that: 1) the level of school administrators Innovative thinking skills under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima secondary education was very high. 2) The level of effectiveness of the school under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Education had a high level. 3) The three aspects of innovative thinking of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of the school under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Education at a significant level of 0.05 with a predictive power of 74.00 percent and equations in raw score form and equations in standard score form are shown as follows:
