ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของนักบัญชี ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของนักบัญชีในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักบัญชีในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล จำนวน 397 ราย ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผ่านการทดสอบความถูกต้องโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคมีค่าระหว่าง 0.71-0.85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของเพียร์สันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของนักบัญชีในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล ได้แก่สภาพแวดล้อมด้านกายภาพ สภาพแวดล้อมด้านปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงผลตอบแทนและประโยชน์เกื้อกูล ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำมาพัฒนาและส่งเสริมเพื่อให้นักบัญชีสามารถปฏิบัติงานทางด้านบัญชีได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
