การพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏธนบุรี โดยจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิค (STAD)

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนและหลังเรียนของนักศึกษาที่ได้รับจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ เทคนิคการแบ่งปันความสำเร็จ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะกระบวนการทำงาน เป็นทีมของนักศึกษา ระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียนจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ เทคนิคการแบ่งปันความสำเร็จ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการเรียนของนักศึกษา ที่ได้รับจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ เทคนิคการแบ่งปันความสำเร็จ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 34 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เป็นนักศึกษาที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาวิทยาการจัดการเรียนรู้และประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ โดยใช้เทคนิคการแบ่งปันความสำเร็จ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์เท่ากับ 0.81 3) แบบประเมินทักษะกระบวนการทำงานเป็นทีม ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบประเมินทักษะเท่ากับ 0.74 และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการเรียนของนักศึกษา ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.85
การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การหาค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบค่า t (t–test for dependent Samples) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษา หลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิค การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือแบ่งปันความสำเร็จ สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 2) ทักษะกระบวนการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักศึกษา หลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิคการแบ่งปันความสำเร็จ สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) ความพึงพอใจในการเรียนของนักศึกษา หลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิคการแบ่งปันความสำเร็จ อยู่ในระดับมาก
