Quality of Working Life Affects Employees’Organizational Commitment of Eternity Grand Logistics Public Co., Ltd.

The objectives of this study were to study: 1) quality of working life, 2) level of organizational commitment of employees, 3) to compare the organizational commitment of employees classified by personal data, and 4) the quality of work of employees affecting their engagement employee organization. The sample group in the study was 119 employees of Eternity Grand Logistics Public Co., Ltd. by using the questionnaire as a study tool. The statistical values were analyzed using percentage, mean, t-test, f-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The study results found that the overall average picture of the quality of work-life was moderate. The prevailing view of the organization's commitment was at a high level. The personal differences in gender, age, job position, period of employment, and average monthly income affected the organizational commitment—the overall average quality of working life organizational commitment moderately correlated in the same direction. The quality of working life in terms of employee rights, the balance between working life and personal life, nature of work involved, and relation to society had a statistically significant influence on Eternity Grand Logistics Public Co., Ltd. at .05 level. For the work-life balance, there is a statistically significant level of .01. The organization gives importance to employees in compensation, career advance, and working environment. It will build more employee engagement towards the organization
