The results of the study showed that these studies were classified into four main groups: cultural, social, political, and economic research. Research covers many aspects from the religious beliefs of overseas Chinese to the Sino-Thai identity and cultural fusion, overseas Chinese society changes and Chinese social associations in Thailand, as well as changes in political life and general economic conditions. However, many areas of research remain worthy of further investigation and development.
