Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between experience design and tourist satisfaction and to investigate the influence of overall satisfaction on the intention to revisit. A quantitative research approach was employed, collecting data from 400 Generation Y tourists through questionnaires. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, including Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression analyses.

The findings reveal that four experience design factors—emotional experience, authenticity, learning experience, and social experiences significantly influence the satisfaction of Generation Y tourists. In contrast, sensory experience and atmospheric experience were found to have no influence on tourist satisfaction.
