The Characteristics Indicators of Students in 21st Century for Matthayomsuksa 3 Students Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19 (Loei-Nongbualamphu)

Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the characteristics  indicators of students in 21^st century for Matthayomsuksa 3 students, and 2) to verify the goodness of fit of the model characteristics indicators of students in 21^st century for Matthayomsuksa 3 students under the secondary educational service area office 19 (Loei-Nongbualamphu) with empirical data. The simples were 500 Matthayomsuksa 3 students under the secondary educational service area office 19 in school Loei province, derived by multi-stage random. The research instrument is questionnaire. Data were analyzed by second-order confirmatory factor analysis, and goodness of fit index of model analysis second-order confirmatory of characteristics indicators of students in 21^st century for Matthayomsuksa 3 students.  The research findings were as follows :    1) The characteristics indicators of students in 21^st century for Matthayomsuksa 3 students 3 include factor which was work components, learn components and morality components, with factor loading between 0.31 – 0.92 characteristics  indicators of students in 21^st century included 7 indicators as follows:1) work components included 2 indicators with factor loading between 0.19-0.37, 2) learn components included 2 indicators with factor loading between 0.24-0.45 3) morality components included 3 indicators with factor loading between 0.17-0.36 statistically significant at .01 level. 2) The construct validity of models characteristics indicators of students in 21^st century for Matthayomsuksa 3 students with empirical data, the research findings was consistent with empirical data, with chi-square goodness of fit test at 15.83 with 9 degree of freedom ; p = .07 goodness of fit Index (GFI) = 0.99 ; Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) = 0.97 ; Comparative  Fit  Index (CFI) = 0.99 ; and Root Mean  Square  Error  of  Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.03.
