Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study sufficiency Economy philosophy management of community enterprise in Prachin Buri province and Sa Kaeo province.To study A Study a Influencing of sufficiency Economy Philosophy management toward community enterprise efficiency in Prachin Buri province and Sa Kaeo province. The samples size of research were 345 members in community-based Enterprises of Prachin Buri province and Sa Kaeo province. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis composed of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. T-test, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple regression analysis (MRA) with coefficient of determination (R2) at statistical significance of .05 were used for hypothesis test.
The results of the research are as follows: 1.The sufficiency economy philosophy management of community enterprise in Prachin Buri province and Sa Kaeo was at a high level in overall When each aspect was examined which was found in every aspect that level of implement was very high level Among all the aspects and the highest-rated aspect was morality, rationality, sufficient protection, self-immunitty, and Knowledge, respectively. respectively. And 2. The sufficiency economy philosophy management were Significantly influencing to efficiency of community enterprise at the 0.05 level, Their can predict the efficiency of community enterprise at 77.5 percent, Which can explain the influence of variables in order of importance as follows Knowledge, followed by self-immunitty, morality And rationality respectively. And 3. Suggestions on management development based on the sufficiency economy philosophy Should focus on creating immunity for community enterprises in saving. To develop a members and the chairman for management and product Knowledge. The government should support community enterprises to expand their capabilities by bringing innovation and business plan knowledge.
