Abstract

          งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางกับความอยู่ดีมีสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยของสมาชิกในชุมชนทุ่งตำเสา อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ซึ่งใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก เทคนิคเดลฟาย แนวทางการสนทนากลุ่ม และการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม เป็นวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยในการรวบรวมข้อมูลภาคสนาม โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักประกอบด้วย ประธานและคณะกรรมการสหกรณ์ เจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ และสมาชิกสหกรณ์ จำนวน 31 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลรองประกอบด้วย เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดสงขลา สมาชิกกลุ่มน้ำยางสดในชุมชน ผู้นำชุมชน และผู้บริหารท้องถิ่น จำนวน 9 คนในเทคนิคเดลฟายประยุกต์ผู้วิจัยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งหมด 13 คน ตอบแบบสอบถามเดลฟายจำนวน 3 รอบ จนกระทั่งความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความสอดคล้องกัน จากนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลร่วมกับการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาโดยการตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า และเขียนรายงานผลการวิจัยด้วยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์


          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางในชุมชนทุ่งตำเสา อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา อันได้แก่ สหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางบ้านหูแร่ จำกัด สหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางบ้านพรุชบาพัฒนา จำกัด และสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางบ้านวังพา จำกัด สามารถส่งผลต่อความอยู่ดีมีสุขเชิงอัตวิสัย ซึ่งครอบคลุมมิติการดำรงชีวิตของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งเป็น 2 ระดับ ได้แก่ ความอยู่ดีมีสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยในระดับมวลรวมและระดับปัจเจก ความอยู่ดีมีสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยในระดับมวลรวม มีทั้งหมด 7 ด้าน ประกอบด้วยด้านสุขภาพอนามัย ความรู้ ชีวิตการทำงาน รายได้และการกระจายรายได้ ชีวิตครอบครัว สภาพแวดล้อมในการดำรงชีวิต และการบริหารจัดการที่ของรัฐ ส่วนความอยู่ดีมีสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยในระดับปัจเจกมีทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านความจำเป็นทั่วไป ความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมที่ดี การมีสุขภาพที่ดี และความมั่นคงทางอาชีพ ซึ่งการจัดการสหกรณ์สามารถส่งผลต่อความอยู่ดีมีสุขเชิงอัตวิสัยของสมาชิกในชุมชนแตกต่างกันออกไป ตามบริบทและสภาพแวดล้อม โดยสามารถวิเคราะห์จากหลักการจัดการของสหกรณ์ ได้แก่ ความสามารถของผู้นำสหกรณ์ การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ และสมรรถนะของสหกรณ์ ดังนั้น จึงควรมีแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างความอยู่ดีมีสุขของเชิงอัตวิสัยของสมาชิกสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยาง อันนำไปสู่ความอยู่ดีมีสุขของสมาชิกในชุมชน ทุ่งตำเสา เพื่อให้ชุมชนมีความเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนต่อไป


          The objective of this study was to investigate rubber fund cooperatives and subjective wellbeing of people in Thung Tam Sao Community, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province conducted by quality research. Data collections included: in-depth interviews, Delphi method, focus group discussion, non-participant observation and field research. The informants consist of chairmen and committees, officers, and members of the cooperative that total 31 persons. Support Informants consist of Songkhla Provincial Cooperative officers, members of Concentrate Latex Group in community, community leaders and local administrators which accounts for 9 persons. In the Delphi technique, 13 specialists answered Delphi questionnaires until they reached a consensus. After that, the raw data, investigated data and related research were synthesized and finally analyzed by the triangulation technique, descriptively.


          The study found that rubber fund cooperatives in Thung Tam Sao Community, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province comprised Ban Hurae Rubber Fund Cooperative Limited, Phru Chaba Phatthana Rubber Fund Cooperative Limited, and Ban Wang Pha Rubber Fund Cooperative Limited which results in the positive effect towards the subjective well-being of the people in this community as well as covers all of their living dimensions.  This notion can be  divided into two levels as follows; subjective wel-lbeing in aggregates and individual levels. The subjective well-being in aggregates level consists of seven aspects as follows; health and sanitation, knowledge, work life, income and income distribution, family life, living environment and management of the state. The subjective well-being in the individual level consists of five parts as follows; general necessity, good social relationship, healthy and stable career. The cooperative management might lead to different effects on well-being of members of the community as a result of principles of the cooperative, abilities of cooperative leaders, participation of cooperative members, and environmental context of the cooperative. Therefore, there should be guidelines for enhancing well-being of people in the community so that it can further strengthen the community sustainably.
