รูปแบบการการเรียนการสอนที่ประสบความสำเร็จของวงโยธวาทิตต้นแบบ (A pattern of the successful military band management model)

Abstract
จากการสำรวจวงโยธวาทิตในเขตอำเภอเมืองลำปาง พบว่าวงโยธวาทิตบางวงไม่ประสบความสำเร็จในด้านการเรียนการสอน และการบริหารจัดการวง ส่งผลให้วงโยธวาทิตในเขตอำเภอเมืองลำปางแตกต่างกันในด้านคุณภาพของเสียง ความสมดุลของเสียงเครื่องดนตรี การปฏิบัติตามอัตราส่วนโน้ต สัญลักษณ์ต่างๆ งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถอดบทเรียนเพื่อหารูปแบบในการบริหารจัดการวงโยธวาทิตที่ประสบผลสำเร็จจากวงโยธวาทิตต้นแบบของโรงเรียนที่สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 35 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง โดยวิธีสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์แบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม การศึกษาเชิงลึก การจัดเวทีถอดบทเรียน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าโรงเรียนต้นแบบมีรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการวง คือ1)กระบวนการคัดเลือกนักดนตรี พิจารณาจากนักเรียนที่พร้อมจะเรียนรู้ มีสรีระร่างกายเหมาะสมกับเครื่องดนตรีแต่ละชนิด 2) ความรู้พื้นฐานก่อนการปฏิบัติเครื่องดนตรี ได้แก่การปรับริมฝีปาก การหายใจ ท่าทางในการปฏิบัติ การดูแลรักษาเครื่อง 3) การปฏิบัติเครื่องดนตรี 4) การบริหารจัดการวง มีหัวหน้าวง หัวหน้ากลุ่มเครื่องดนตรี และระบบรุ่นพี่รุ่นน้องดูแลการฝึกซ้อมย่อยของสมาชิกในวง โดยครูประชุมร่วมกับรุ่นพี่ที่ทำหน้าที่สอนเพื่อสอบถามปัญหา ให้ข้อเสนอแนะ
The military band management investigation in Muang district, Lampang province indicated that the difficulties in the instruction and management caused some bands failed their success. These problems caused the difference production among some bands in Lampang province, especially, in the sound quality production, the music balance, the time signature performance, and other signatures. This research aimed to provide a lesson learned visualizing in searching for the most successful military band management in Lampang to be a band model for schools in The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 35, Muang, Lampang. The data gathered from using the interview, the non-participant observation, the in depth study, and the lesson learned visualizing. It reveals the model school management system is made as following: 1) The selection process; student’s readiness ability and their body building which match to each type of music instrument performance. 2) The basic knowledge for pre-performance; students’ knowledge in adjusting their lips, breathing, band performance acting, and taking care of their music instrument. 3) The music performance. 4) The band management includes the band leader, the music instrument leader and the buddy system for specific practice. The teacher and senior students make a follow-up meeting and giving suggestion to the band.
