Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาโครงสร้างผู้ถือหุ้น ผลการประเมินการกำกับดูแลกิจการ ผลการประเมินความยั่งยืนที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยใน ปี 2556 – 2558 จำนวน 388 บริษัท โดยใช้แบบบันทึกข้อมูล เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ (Secondary Data) ข้อมูลที่ได้จะถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์โดยวิธีวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการดำเนินงานที่วัดจากอัตราผลตอบแทนต่อส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้น ได้แก่ โครงสร้างผู้ถือหุ้นที่เป็นหน่วยงานของรัฐและนักลงทุนต่างชาติ ส่วนผลการประเมินการกำกับดูแลกิจการอยู่ในระดับดี ดีมากและดีเลิศ และพบว่าตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่ออัตรากำไรต่อหุ้น ได้แก่ โครงสร้างผู้ถือหุ้นที่เป็นนักลงทุนต่างชาติและขนาดของกิจการซึ่งเป็นตัวแปรควบคุม โดยผลการวิจัยนี้มีประโยชน์ต่อผู้ลงทุน ที่สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นองค์ประกอบการตัดสินใจในการลงทุนในอนาคต
The purpose of this paper was to study ownership structures, corporate governance evaluation, sustainability assessments affecting the operations of the 388 listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Thailand between 2013 and 2015. A record review method was used to collect secondary data. The collected data were analysed, using multiple regression analysis.
The results show that the variables affecting the operations measured from the return on equity are ownership structures of the government sector and the foreign investor sector. The corporate governance evaluation is rated as good, very good and excellent. In addition, the results also show that the variables affecting earning per share are ownership structure of the foreign investor sector and company size, which is a control variable. The research findings benefit investors who may use them as factors in making decision on investment.
