Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและศึกษาองค์ประกอบร่วมที่สามารถอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาที่มีความต้องการประกอบวิชาชีพครู และเพื่อกำหนดชื่อและนิยามองค์ประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาที่มีความต้องการประกอบวิชาชีพครู โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ จำนวน 500 คน โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ จำนวน 60 ข้อ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าองค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษาที่มีความต้องการประกอบวิชาชีพครูของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ เมื่อทดสอบค่า Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin: KMO มีค่าเท่ากับ .874 ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าข้อมูลเหมาะสมต่อการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบในระดับดีมาก ค่า Bartlett’s test of sphericity มีการแจกแจงโดยประมาณแบบ Chi-square เท่ากับ 17752.961 และค่า Significant เท่ากับ .01 ทำการหมุนแกนองค์ประกอบด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ (varimax rotation) สามารถทำการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบแยกออกได้ 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1. ความรู้ความสามารถในการประกอบวิชาชีพครู 2. บุคลิกภาพความเป็นครู 3. เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพครู 4. ค่านิยมต่อวิชาชีพครู 5. ความคาดหวังต่อวิชาชีพครู
The purposes of this research were to survey and study common factors explaining the relation between the variable of characteristics of students’ requirements for becoming teachers, and to define the characteristics of students’ requirements for becoming teachers. The samples were 500 students at the Faculty of Technical Education, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 60 question items using the Likert scale (4 Likert-type scale). The research found that the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) of the factors of the characteristics of students’ requirement for becoming teachers at the Faculty of Technical Education, King Mongkut’s University was at .874 which indicated that the items were appropriate in a very good level. In addition, Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity, estimated by using the chi-square distribution, was at 17752.961 and the significant value was equal to .001. The factor rotation with the varimax method can be categorized into 5 factors consisting of 1. knowledge and competence in the teaching profession, 2. personality in the teaching profession, 3. attitudes toward the teaching profession, 4. values in the teaching profession, and 5. expectations of the teaching profession.
