กุศโลบายการใช้สื่อสร้างสรรค์ทางศิลปะเพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจสำหรับเด็กสู่การเรียนรู้ส่งเสริมคุณธรรม (Promoting children’s moral development through creative art)

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้สร้างขี้นโดยการนำความงดงามจากศิลปกรรมในวัดใหญ่สุวรรณาราม จังหวัดเพชรบุรี มาเป็นสื่อในการให้เด็กได้เรียนรู้และทำการปฏิบัติ ผสานกับการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม 8 ประการ อันประกอบไปด้วย ความขยัน ความประหยัด ความซื่อสัตย์ ความมีวินัย ความสุภาพ ความสะอาด ความสามัคคี และความมีน้ำใจ ซึ่งถือเป็นคุณธรรมจริยธรรมพื้นฐานในการดำเนินชีวิต นำมาบูรณาการร่วมกับทักษะพื้นฐานทางศิลปะโดยกรรมวิธีที่สร้างความสนุกสนาน สอดแทรกกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมจากสื่อที่ได้ทำการออกแบบโดยใช้ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ของฌอง เพียเจต์ โดยเน้นให้เด็กมีความกลมกลืนระหว่างจริยธรรมในใจกับการใช้ศาสตร์ทางด้านศิลปะที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากศิลปะไทยในวัดใหญ่สุวรรณาราม เพื่อกล่อมเกลาจิตใจ ผสมผสานกับศิลปวัฒนธรรมความเป็นไทยและการใช้ชีวิตในสังคมไทย วัฒนธรรมไทย ให้มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมที่ดีงามแบบไทย เพื่อมุ่งเน้นให้เด็กเกิดการเรียนรู้ มีความอยากรู้อยากเห็น ได้ฝึกการสังเกต ได้ลงมือปฏิบัติ ได้ค้นหาความหมายจากสิ่งต่างๆ  และมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ร่วมกับผู้อื่น โดยมีกลุ่มทดลองการใช้สื่อจากอาสาสมัครที่อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 6-8 ปีจำนวน 2 โรงเรียน ด้วยจำนวนนักเรียน 60 คน ทำการทดลองโดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 คาบเรียนต่อกิจกรรม โดยศึกษาจากผลงานการสร้างสรรค์ การสังเกต การตอบแบบสอบถามทางด้านจริยธรรมและความพึงพอใจจากการใช้สื่อ รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์คณะครูในโรงเรียนและมุมมองของผู้ปกครอง ซึ่งผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้จะเป็นเชิงคุณภาพและปริมาณ เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริมคุณธรรมของเด็ก 8 ประการ

This research used the beauty of the art from Wat Yai Suwannaram, Phetchaburi Province, as a medium for children’s lessons. It was aimed to promote children’s moral development which focused on the 8 eight human virtues—diligence, frugality, honesty, self-discipline, politeness, cleanliness, unity, and kindness. Based upon Jean Piaget’s theory, this study created enjoyable art activities for children and utilized them to encourage children to apply basic artistic skills in a way that would promote children’s morality and ethics, along with the preservation of a Thai artistic heritage of Wat Yai Suwannaram. This is both qualitative and quantitative research. The participants of this study were 60 students aged from 6 to 8 years old from two schools. Each student spent one session for each activity. Then the students’ creative outcomes were observed, along with questionnaires and interviews with the students’ teachers. In the activities, children had to practice drawing, sculpturing, and painting by themselves. This resulted in both the development of their artistic skills and their moral development. The project focused on children’s hands-on activities, their ability to acquire knowledge and meanings of things, their interpersonal skills, and their ability to express the artistic identity of Petchaburi Province. Those activities included, for example, stucco work, painting, and architecture.
