Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมและเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ และนำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมและเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบพหุกรณีและการวิจัยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม พื้นที่กรณีศึกษา ได้แก่ ชุมชนกุฎีจีน ชุมชนเกาะศาลเจ้า ชุมชนบางลำพู และชุมชนบ้านบุ กรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ คนในชุมชน จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรม มีองค์ประกอบ 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านข้อมูลและชุดความรู้ ด้านผู้ให้ข้อมูลและผู้ถ่ายทอด ด้านกิจกรรมและกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ ด้านสถานที่ และด้านการบริหารจัดการ สำหรับการพัฒนาเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ในชุมชน มีองค์ประกอบ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการศึกษาเรียนรู้ร่วมกันในระดับกลุ่มและชุมชน ด้านการกระตุ้นให้เกิดความสนใจร่วมกัน ด้านการตระหนักถึงความจำเป็นในการเชื่อมโยงเป็นเครือข่ายด้านการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่าย และด้านการสรุปประสบการณ์และการขยายเครือข่าย และ 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมและเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมและการพัฒนาเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ดังกล่าวข้างต้น และการมีส่วนร่วมกันของคนในชุมชน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมในการศึกษาปัญหา การมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน การมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติ การมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล โดยสามารถใช้กระบวนการวิจัยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเป็นเครื่องมือในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมและเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ได้
The purposes of this study were to synthesize the components of cultural learning resources development and learning networks development and present model of development of cultural learning resources and learning networks. The research methodology involved multiple case studies and participatory action research. The case studies were conducted in Kudi Chin, Koh San Chao, Banglamphu, and Ban Bu in Bangkok, with 40 key informants. The instrument used was an interviewing form. The results were as follow: 1) The 6 components of cultural learning resources development included information and knowledge, learning networks development, informants and broadcasters, activities and learning processes, learning materials, places, and management. The 5 components of learning networks development were learning together at the group and community level, stimulating mutual interest, awareness of the need for networking, strengthening of the network, and summarizing of experiences and network expansion, 2) The model of development for cultural learning resources and learning networks comprised learning resources development, learning networks development, and the participation of people in the community that consisted of 5 aspects: participation in problems study, participation in planning, participation in practice, participation in receiving benefits, and participation in evaluation. Moreover, participatory action research can be used as a tool to drive cultural learning resources development and learning networks development.
