การพัฒนาศักยภาพการเรียนรู้อย่างยั่งยืนสำหรับครูพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษาด้านกิจกรรมทางกายแบบวิถีชีวิตใหม่ (The potential development of sustainable learning in a new normal for physical education and health education teachers)

Abstract

การพัฒนาศักยภาพการเรียนรู้อย่างยั่งยืนสำหรับครูพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษาด้านกิจกรรมทางกาย แบบวิถีชีวิตใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้ พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการจัดทำคู่มือการเรียนรู้อย่างยั่งยืนสำหรับครูพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษาด้านกิจกรรมทางกายแบบวิถีชีวิตใหม่ กลุ่มประชากร เป็นครูพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษาในโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในเขตจังหวัดภาคตะวันตก ซึ่งเป็นโรงเรียนในเครือข่ายของศูนย์ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจำนวน 34 โรงเรียน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 265 คน ดำเนินการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย เป็นแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ คือ แบบประเมินการจัดโครงการฯ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะการเรียนรู้ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน และแบบประเมินคู่มือ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านสมรรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้อย่างยั่งยืนด้านกิจกรรมทางกายแบบวิถีชีวิตใหม่ของครูพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษา มีสมรรถนะในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ด้านรูปแบบการพัฒนาศักยภาพการเรียนรู้อย่างยั่งยืนสำหรับครูพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษา มีความเหมาะสมและมีค่าความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.8-1.0  และ 3) การจัดทำคู่มือรูปแบบการพัฒนาศักยภาพการเรียนรู้อย่างยั่งยืนสำหรับครูพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษาด้านกิจกรรมทางกายแบบวิถีชีวิตใหม่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการออกแบบรูปเล่มของคู่มือ ด้านเนื้อหาในคู่มือ และด้านการนำคู่มือไปใช้ประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ครูพลศึกษาและสุขศึกษา และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สามารถนำคู่มือไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ การจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านกิจกรรมทางกายแบบวิถีชีวิตใหม่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถไปพัฒนาทักษะะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม ทักษะการสื่อสาร เทคโนโลยี ทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพของตนเองและของผู้เรียนได้

This paper aims to study the efficacy of learning management, develop a learning management model, and prepare a sustainable learning manual on physical activity in a new normal for physical education and health education teachers. The population comprised 265 physical education and health education teachers from 34 schools located in the western provinces. These schools were in the network of the Teacher Professional Training Center supervised by the Faculty of Education and Development Sciences. A multi-stage random sampling of 60 teachers was conducted. The research tool was a 5-level estimation form of the following parts: a project management assessment form, a learning competency assessment form, a student satisfaction assessment form, and a manual assessment form. The results were as follows: 1) the overall competency of sustainable learning management of the teachers was at the highest level in all aspects; 2) the model of sustainable learning potential development for physical education and health education teachers was appropriate and the IOC was between 0.8 and 1.0; and 3) the experts were satisfied at the highest level with the preparation of the manual for the sustainable learning potential development model for physical education and health education teachers on physical activity in a new normal in all aspects, including the design, the content, and application of the manual. Physical education and health education teachers and educational personnel can use this manual as a guideline for an effective design of learning management and physical activities in a new normal in their teaching. In addition, they can develop learning, innovation, communication, technology, and life and career skills for themselves and for other learners as well.
