Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) องค์ประกอบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 3) องค์ประกอบประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 4) ผลการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง และประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 96 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 3 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 288 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มี 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ การสนับสนุนและร่วมมือของชุมชน การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง การสร้างกลไกการมีส่วนร่วม การสร้างบรรยากาศของการมีส่วนร่วมการมีธรรมาภิบาลในการบริหาร และการสร้างแรงจูงใจ 2) องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครทั้ง 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ การมีอิทธิพลเชิงอุดมการณ์หรือบารมี การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การกระตุ้นทางปัญญา และการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 3) องค์ประกอบประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ สภาพแวดล้อมเป็นระเบียบและปลอดภัย พันธกิจของโรงเรียนมีความชัดเจนมีภาวะผู้นำทางการสอน มีบรรยากาศของความคาดหวังสูง ทุ่มเทเวลาในการทำงาน มีการตรวจสอบความก้าวหน้าของนักเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับผู้ปกครอง มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 4) โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง และประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมและภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลโรงเรียนได้ร้อยละ 64 ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารควรให้ความสำคัญกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมและส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อนำไปสู่ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนที่พึงประสงค์ต่อไป
This research aims to investigate: 1) the factors influencing participatory management in schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, 2) the factors contributing to transformational leadership in schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, 3) the factors influencing the effectiveness of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 4) the structural equation modeling analysis of participatory management, transformational leadership, and the effectiveness of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample comprises 96 schools, with 3 respondents from each school, totaling 288 participants. Research tools include semi-structured interview and opinionnaire. Statistical analyzes involve frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The research findings indicate that: 1) Factors influencing participatory management in schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration include community support and collaboration, involvement in management by subordinates and stakeholders, establishment of participatory mechanisms, creation of a participatory atmosphere, good governance in management, and motivation establishment. 2) Factors contributing to transformational leadership in schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration include idealized influence or charisma, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, aligning accurately with empirical data. 3) Factors influencing the effectiveness of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration include a safe and orderly environment, a clear school mission, instructional leadership, a climate of high expectations, high time on task, frequent monitoring of student progress, and positive home-school relations, aligning accurately with empirical data. 4) The structural equation modeling analysis of participatory management, transformational leadership, and the effectiveness of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration is in accurate harmony with empirical data. Participatory management and transformational leadership significantly impact the effectiveness of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, predicting effectiveness by 64%. Administrators are advised to prioritize participatory management and promote transformational leadership to achieve the desired school effectiveness.
