การสร้างสรรค์เครื่องประดับร่วมสมัย : แรงบันดาลใจจากลวดลายกระเบื้องเคลือบโบราณของวัดปากน้ำ อำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม (The creation of contemporary jewelry: Inspiration from the ancient glazed tile patterns of Wat Pak Nam, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province)

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์และเผยแพร่ผลงานเครื่องประดับร่วมสมัย แรงบันดาลใจจากการถอดอัตลักษณ์ลวดลายกระเบื้องเคลือบโบราณประดับซุ้มประตู-หน้าต่างของวิหารพระพุทธไสยาสน์ วัดปากน้ำ อำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม 2) เพื่อให้ได้องค์ความรู้ รูปแบบผลงานเครื่องประดับร่วมสมัยที่เป็นการสร้างนวัตกรรมและสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์จากการบูรณาการงานประดับตกแต่งทางสถาปัตยกรรมไทยท้องถิ่นของชุมชนเข้าด้วยกันกับงานเครื่องประดับ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ส่วนที่ 1 การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตจากการลงพื้นที่ และการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อวิเคราะห์ค้นหารูปแบบ เทคนิคและวิธีการในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานเครื่องประดับร่วมสมัย และส่วนที่ 2 คือ การสอบถามความพึงพอใจผู้เข้าชมนิทรรศการ จำนวน 50 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยของความพึงพอใจการชมนิทรรศการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลงานเครื่องประดับร่วมสมัยที่เกิดจากการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานในครั้งนี้ แสดงให้เห็นถึงการออกแบบสร้างสรรค์ที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากการถอดอัตลักษณ์ลวดลายกระเบื้องเคลือบประดับซุ้มประตู-หน้าต่างของวิหารพระพุทธไสยาสน์ โดยเป็นการสร้างนวัตกรรมและผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทเครื่องประดับจากลวดลายการประดับตกแต่งทางสถาปัตยกรรม ผสมผสานเข้ากับเทคนิคการเขียนสีเบญจรงค์ซึ่งเป็นภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของชุมชนอัมพวา ถือได้ว่าเป็นการสร้างคุณค่าและมูลค่าให้เพิ่มมากขึ้น ผู้ชมนิทรรศการยังได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับวัดและลวดลายของวัดเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยมีผลประเมินความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยู่ที่ระดับมากที่สุด อีกทั้งประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แนวทางในการถอดอัตลักษณ์มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของไทยให้เป็นทัศนธาตุเชิงศิลปะและออกแบบสร้างสรรค์เป็นผลงานเครื่องประดับโดยใช้หลักการออกแบบร่วมสมัย ซึ่งจะสามารถนำไปต่อยอดสร้างเป็นผลงานหรือผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น ๆ ได้อีกหลายประเภท อันจะก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ในอนาคตได้ต่อไป

The aims of this research are 1) to create and disseminate contemporary jewelry inspired by antique glazed tiles decorating the doors and windows of the Reclining Buddha Viharn at Wat Pak Nam, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province; and 2) to gain knowledge about contemporary jewelry that fosters innovation and product development by integrating local Thai architectural decorations with jewelry design. The research consists of two parts. The first part involves collecting primary data through interviews and field observations, as well as secondary data from books, documents, articles, and related research to explore styles, techniques, and methods for creating contemporary jewelry. The second part involves surveying the satisfaction of exhibition visitors. The study sample consists of 50 exhibition attendees, with data analyzed by calculating the average satisfaction rate. The research findings reveal that the contemporary jewelry designs created in this study are inspired by the identity of antique glazed tiles adorning the doors and windows of the Reclining Buddha Viharn at Wat Pak Nam. These designs incorporate architectural decorative patterns with the Benjarong painting technique, a traditional craft of the Amphawa community, adding cultural and economic value to the creations. In addition, exhibition visitors gained greater knowledge about the temple and the significance of its glazed tile decorations. The overall satisfaction rating for the exhibition was at the highest level. The key contribution of this research is the development of guidelines for transforming Thai cultural heritage into artistic visual elements for contemporary jewelry design. This approach can be further developed to create a variety of other products, generating future value and opportunities.
