การวิเคราะห์ทำเลที่ตั้งคลังสินค้าด้วยเทคนิคกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ สำหรับผู้ให้บริการคลังสินค้าอาหารสัตว์ขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดปทุมธานี (Analysis of warehouse locations using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique for small-scale animal feed warehouse service providers in Pathum Thani province)

Abstract

ธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์ในจังหวัดปทุมธานีอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่มีศักยภาพในการเติบโตสูง แต่ประสบปัญหามีพื้นที่การจัดเก็บสินค้าไม่เพียงพอ ผู้ให้บริการคลังสินค้าขนาดย่อมจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างมากในปัจจุบัน แต่เนื่องด้วยผู้ให้บริการคลังสินค้าขนาดย่อมยังไม่ทราบทำเลที่ตั้งที่เหมาะสมจึงทำให้ไม่สามารถแข่งขันได้ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความสำคัญของปัจจัยในการวิเคราะห์ทำเลที่ตั้งคลังสินค้าอาหารสัตว์ขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 2) วิเคราะห์ทำเลที่ตั้งคลังสินค้าอาหารสัตว์ขนาดย่อมที่เหมาะสมในจังหวัดปทุมธานี คณะผู้วิจัยศึกษาปัจจัยในการเลือกทำเลที่ตั้งคลังสินค้าจากงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและการรวบรวมความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 25 ราย และใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP) ร่วมกับโปรแกรม Expert Choice (Education Version) พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของคลังสินค้าและความสะดวกในการขนส่งมีความสำคัญมากที่สุด (42%) รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยด้านราคาค่าเช่า (35%) ปัจจัยด้านความพร้อมของระบบสาธารณูปโภค (9%) ปัจจัยด้านใกล้ลูกค้า (8%) และปัจจัยความเหมาะสมของสภาพแวดล้อม (6%) โดยมีค่าอัตราความสอดคล้อง (Consistency Ratio: CR) เท่ากับ 0.09 2) การวิเคราะห์ทำเลที่ตั้งคลังสินค้าอาหารสัตว์ที่เหมาะสมที่สุด คือ คลังสินค้า B ตำบลบึงยี่โถ อำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีคะแนนน้ำหนัก เท่ากับ 0.38 (38%) เพราะมีความโดดเด่นใน 3 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ด้านคุณลักษณะของคลังสินค้าและความสะดวกในการขนส่ง ด้านความพร้อมของระบบสาธารณูปโภค และด้านใกล้ลูกค้า โดยสามารถนำปัจจัยที่ศึกษาไปใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ทำเลที่ตั้งคลังสินค้าเพื่อขยายธุรกิจให้บริการคลังสินค้าขนาดย่อม อีกทั้ง เป็นทางเลือกประกอบการตัดสินใจกับสถานประกอบการผู้ให้บริการคลังสินค้าขนาดย่อมในพื้นที่จังหวัดปทุมธานี ในกรณีที่จะมีการขยายธุรกิจบริการคลังสินค้าเพื่อตอบสนองลูกค้าและแข่งขันกับคู่แข่งได้

The animal feed business in Pathum Thani province is situated in an area with high growth potential; however, it faces a shortage of storage space. Small-scale warehouse service providers therefore play an increasingly important role, yet their inability to identify suitable locations has limited their competitiveness. This study aims to 1) examine the importance of factors used in analyzing the location of small-scale animal feed warehouses in Pathum Thani province, and 2) identify the most suitable warehouse location in the province. The researchers identified location-selection factors from related literature and gathered the opinions of 25 experts, applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Expert Choice software (Education Version). The results showed that 1) the factor of warehouse characteristics and transportation convenience was the most important (42%), followed by rental price (35%), availability of public utilities (9%), proximity to customers (8%), and environmental suitability (6%), with a Consistency Ratio (CR) of 0.09; and 2) Warehouse B, located in Bueng Yitho subdistrict, Thanyaburi district, Pathum Thani province, obtained the highest weighted score of 0.38 (38%), owing to its outstanding performance in three factors—warehouse characteristics and transportation convenience, availability of public utilities, and proximity to customers. The findings can be applied to warehouse location analysis for business expansion and serve as a decision-support tool for small-scale warehouse service providers in Pathum Thani province seeking to expand their operations in order to meet customer demand and remain competitive.
