บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำบารมีและผลสัมฤทธิ์การพัฒนาตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 2.) ศึกษาปัจจัยคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำบารมีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การพัฒนาตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 3.) วิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำบารมีกับผลสัมฤทธิ์การพัฒนาตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรคือผู้นำเครือข่ายพัฒนาชุมชนดีเด่นที่ได้รับรางวัลพระราชทานจากสมเด็จพระเทพฯ โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงเป็นผู้นำที่ได้รับรางวัล “ผู้นำองค์กรเครือข่ายพัฒนาชุมชนดีเด่น” จำนวน 375 คน ที่เป็นแกนหลักสำคัญในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงประจำ ปีพ.ศ. 2554และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 50 คน จากผู้นำภาครัฐและผู้นำภาคประชาชนเป็นการให้ข้อมูลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม และแบบสอบถามประกอบการสัมภาษณ์สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐาน ใช้ค่าสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สัมพันธ์ และค่าสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำบารมีที่กำหนดในการวิจัย 8 ตัว คือการมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่เข้มแข็ง ความสามารถทางการบริหาร ทักษะทางสังคม การทำให้สมาชิกรู้สึกมีความสามารถ การมุ่งปฏิบัติให้บรรลุผลแบบอย่า่งเชิงคุณสมบัติแบบอย่างเชิงพฤติกรรมและแบบอย่า่งเชิงจิตใจ ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าคุณลักษณะผู้นำบารมี 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ การมีวิสัยทัศน์เข้มแข็งความสามารถทางการบริหารการมุ่งปฏิบัติตัวใิห้บรรลุผลและแบบอย่างเชิงจิตใจ มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญกับผลสัมฤทธิ์การพัฒนาตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงคือ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่เข้มแข็งและความสามารถทางการบริหาร มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนการมุ่งปฏิบัติ ให้บรรลุผลและแบบอย่างเชิงจิตใจมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนที่เหลือไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ผลการวิเคราะห์จากการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่า คุณลักษณะหลักของภาวะผู้นำบารมีที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การพัฒนาตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วย การมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่เข้มแข็ง ความสามารถทางการบริหาร การมุ่งปฏิบัติให้บรรลุผล และแบบอย่างทางจิตใจเชิงคุณธรรม ขณะที่คุณลักษณะรองที่ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการพัฒนาตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ได้แก่ ทักษะทางสังคม และแบบอย่างเชิงพฤติกรรม

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1.) to study charismatic leadership and its achievement incommunity development based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy, 2.) to study charismatic leadershipfactors in predicting the achievement in community development based on the philosophy of sufficiencyeconomies, and 3.) to analysis charismatic leadership factors affecting the achievement in communitydevelopment based on the philosophy of sufficiency economies. The study employed a quantitative researchmethod. The respondents in this study were 375 leaders who were granted “The Excellent Leader in aCommunity Development Network Awards in the year 2011” and 50 technicians from government sectorsand community leaders selected by the purposive sampling method. Questionnaires and interviews wereused as a tool for collecting data. The statistics used in this research included percentage, mean, standarddeviation and correlation coefficient test, regression analysis for hypothesis testing. It was found that from 8characteristics of leadership (i.e., strong vision, management ability, social skill, making his/her workers feelcapable, goal-oriented working style, model property, model behavior, and model mentality), 4 leadershipcharacteristics (strong vision, management skill, goal-oriented working style, and model mentality) weresignificantly related to efficiency of development based on the philosophy of sufficiency economies. Strongvision and management skill are related at the level of 0.1. Goal-oriented working style and model mentalityare related at the level of 0.5. The other 4 characteristics are not related to efficiency of developmentbased on the philosophy of sufficiency economies. Additionally, from the interviews, it was found that strongvision, management skill, goal-oriented working style, model mentality were major leadership characteristicsaffecting the efficiency of development based on the philosophy of sufficiency economies. Social skill andmodel behavior, however, were considered to be minor leadership characteristics affecting the efficiency ofdevelopment based on the philosophy of sufficiency economies.
