A Model of Instructional Supervision in Border Police Schools in the Thai-Myanmar Border Region, Tak Province

Abstract

ABSTRACT


The main objective of this research was to develop a model of instructional supervision in border police schools in the Thai-Myanmar border region in Tak province. The research methodology was conducted through the following 4 steps. Step 1: Synthesizing the process of instructional supervision. Step 2: Creating a model of instructional supervision Step 3: Experimenting the model of instructional supervision. Step 4: Evaluating the model of instructional supervision. It was found that the model of instructional supervision consists of   1) The objectives of instructional supervision 2) The instructional supervisory committee 3) The process of instructional supervision and 4) contents and activities of instructional supervision. The results of experimentation and evaluation of a model of instructional supervision were found to be at a high level, students obtained the achievement score higher than before applying this model and teachers’ satisfaction is found to be at a high level
