The Service Quality of The Wing 4th Air Force Base Cooperative Official, Nakhon Sawan Province as Perception of Members

Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purposives of this research were to : 1. study the service quality of The Wing 4th Air Force Base Cooperative Official, Nakhon Sawan Province as perception of member’s, and 2. compare study the service quality of The Wing 4th Air Force Base Cooperative Official, Nakhon Sawan Province as perception of member’s classified by age, marital status, type of work position, level of education, membership’s period and average monthly income. The samples chosen through stratified random sampling classified by type of work position were 307 members of The Wing 4th Air Force Base Cooperative Official. The instrument employed was a questionnaire with a reliability value 0.978. The data were systematically analyzed by descriptive statistics (percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (F-test and Fisher’s Least-Significant Difference : LSD). The research findings were as follows: 1) study the service quality of The Wing 4th Air Force Base Cooperative Official, Nakhon Sawan Province as perception of member’s overall in 5 aspects were rate at a high level. These aspects ranging in descending order were as follows: assurance, responsiveness, reliability, empathy and tangibility, respectively. 2) The comparison of study the service quality of The Wing 4th Air Force Base Cooperative Official, Nakhon Sawan Province as perception of member’s classified by age, there were a statistically significant difference at the .01 level. When classified by type of work position and average monthly income, there were a statistically significant difference at the .001 level
